Are you rooted your device? Try download the update file again and place it in the root folder of phone, means in the phone memory not inside any folder. Then update it by selecting the clear data option. I think it will solve your problem..

But that doesn't seems to be a problem, first of all you have to unroot the device. For that go to setting, then about phone, then storage then factory data reset. Wait for a moment, it will reset your phone. Then when factory reset is done, put the beta flyme 6 zip file in the phone memory. Lastly all you have to do, tap on the update flyme icon and update your phone....

If you had used kingroot or twrp then suggest you to consult with the members of meizu--fans.eu site. I put dashes between the site name, type the site address without dash and then search if any thread are there for your help or create a new thread for your help. If got success then post the steps here in this site as many users will then get help from your post. Or you can try xda forum for actual help, their guys are bit of weird though.
