"UMI Touch" has decided to make a perfect copy of the "MEIZU" UMI decided to go the easy way for selling their phones with to make a copy of MEIZU 
UMi are hoping that the Touch will be a huge selling device thanks to its premium design which resembles the MEIZU, whole body is metal build, fingerprint scanner, and he will have 3GB RAM and 4000mAh battery Android 6.0 ROM 5.5-inch display. but would be available ROM and MYUI smartphone, FLY ME, 360OS and even ... Windows Phone 8 (some sources say and Windows 10). It looks quite strange because UMi Touch is built on a MediaTek chipset and mobile OS Microsoft has traditionally only supports Qualcomm chipsets and Intel.
