m5 note flyme oswill my m3 note support m5 note flyme os which runs on android m since both phones as same chipset and if i did upgrade it will my m3 note be running on android marshmallow？

No you cannot as both Choosers are same but the hardware used is always different. Moreover every device requires it's own specially optimised firmware. So this is not possible.
