you can't get it in a mobile phone
bokeh works with aperture that is the opening of the shutter
so mostly f2.0 or less works for bokeh
but smaller the number, more big is the opening
so it lets in mor light and the image might come blurry
to adjust it, our mobile phones change the iso and shutter speed Accordingly to get a good shot
so its practically impossible to get a bokeh on a normal device
some of the dual camera phones do it
