What is your firmware version. If you can please upload a screenshot. You should try flashing your firmware with clear data option.

You can try upgrading your firmware to 5.1.12 G with clear data option and don't forget to back up your data before flashing cause if you are using clear data option it will erase all your app data, contacts, notes etc., Go to settings>Storage and backup and back up your data before flashing.
