Locked out of my phoneHi guys!
Hi locked my phone, and now I am unable to unlock it, providing the right Flyme password linked to my account. It must due to a bug in the firmware, I guess... The suggestion of the customer service contacted via mail was quite disapponiting "try disable the wifi and then insert the password" . Finally I found a Chinese man who contacted them by phone: they said they can unlock my phone remotely but.... In that case all my data will be erased? Is it correct? No way to backup? Thank you in advance!! | |

Hard reset ur phone...data will lost but phone comes in well condition...

But when connecting the device to the computer I am unable to browse any file! I mean, if I double click on the m2 icon, i don't see anything inside. | |

Wll.. I tried to install a TWRP via SP FlashTool, in order to be able to unlock my bootloader.
But the program asks for an authorization file. Do you have it or do you know how to ivercome this problem? Thank you! | |

You can't see anything inside the phone in your pc because you're not log in.
Boot to fastboot mode, connect it to pc and open CMD Type fastboot devices (a code should appear, that's your device) type fastboot wipe (it will wipe all your data) Hopefully it fixes your problem. Have a nice day, Dexter | |

!hi, thank you, but the aim was to access the phone saving data inside.
Anyway, as I had no other option I performed a remote unlock, and, following what I have been told by the assistance, I expected a wipe of my data. Surprisingly nothing was erased, so I manage to unlock my phone and save my photos, videos and so on.. It's a bug (the remote unlock did not succeed in erasing data), that counterbalances another bug (I could not phisically unlock my account providing the right password)... | |
