unbrick or reset phone help!!hi
I recently bought a 2nd hand mx4, but just the minute it arrived as I connected to my wifi,it asks for flyme account,I tried to contact the seller but they refuse to help and said don't know aboout it..now flyme I am sure it was on 4.0 or 4.2/4.4 ..but the problem is even the recovery to reset thing is also locked & goto/loop to flyme asking code...plz ...is there any way to reset it? as i read it has secured chip which will make it unacceptable to flash from spflashtools.. thnx | |

As far as I know, there is no way. You have to unlock the phone with previous owners username/password. Or demand the money back.

Can you flash new ROM without clearing data in recovery? Try unchecking clear data button. Good luck! ^m^

Only if you have original package with IMEI and S/N and official invoice, then contact meizu support (mzcs@meizu.com), they will unlock your phone.
