World's first ever tablet running FlymeOS launched at $215

Some time back Flyme had announced its FlymeOS for Tablets and TV. While Meizu has already launched it's first TV Box, a tablet running on Flyme OS was yet to be seen.



Well, now a brand new tablet has been launched in China running on Flyme OS. The tablet is named as the JDTab and is jointly developed by JD, Harman, Foxconn, LeEco and Meizu.





The tablet is manufactured by Foxconn and comes in a full metal body which is produced using CNC technology. The front of the tablet comes with a 7.85 inch screen with 2K resolution with a pixel desity of 326 ppi. The tablet comes with hi-fi audio technology and the bottom of the tab houses built-in Harman Kardon speakers to give you the best quality sound.



The JD Tab is powered by a 2 GHz processor which is coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt memory for a powerful gaming and smooth multitasking experience. It comes with a 5mp front facing camera and 8mp rear camera with LED flash. The battery is 6200 mAh.




The tab runs on Flyme OS and it also comes with LeEco's Music / Video services with a free VIP membership for 1 year. The JD Tab 1499 Yuan (~$215) in China and offers unmatched performance and features for the price.
