Mx5 4g (lte) problem in germanyHere is a screen shot about my phone. I changed the simkart also but I can't get 4 g .
I have Vodafone sim kart and they have other 4g frequency but why I can't get this signal ? With other phones I can get it . meizu mx5 is also with 4g can I not open other frequency in my phone? Or how can I fix it? I love my meizu but also I want to get 4g internet :(

The Meizu Custemer Services suggested to me update with 4.5.4.1A but still dont working with Lte :(
now i m using 5.1.3A and also not working Lte with Vodafone -Thank you Meizu for not supported to use 4G in Europa | |

You must check which bands are used in your area. If the 800mhz band is used for lte then probably you won't have any luck because it is not implemented in most Chinese phones. I don't know for huawei but meizu and xiaomi 100% cannot receive 800mhz band which is very unfortunate for us Europeans...
