Phone M3 note - India I cannot use 4g / 3g or 2g data. After I installed the udpate and then through hot apps installed google mobile data and services and google play store thorugh APK the cell data on my phone has stopped working. Carried - Airtel, India. Updated phone on 14th nov, 2016. Wifi works fine. Have restarted several times. I have tried sim in other phone and it works fine, I have also tried sim of friend with provider - Vodaphone and same issue. Please help as this is made the phone significantly less useful. | |

Did you try to factory reset your phone? Uninstall the google play services,play store and all the apps you installed before this proglem started... Good luck!

ChatDexter replied at 2016-11-15 13:09 The problem started after the OTA update, I just updated google service to make sure they were not hampering the connection. Resting the phone will be a terrible solution as I will loose all my data and have to install everything again. | |

Same problem with m3 note version M 3/32 , upgraded to version 5.1.11.0G and reflected the same unstable connection problems

In few device suffer this type problem via ota update..
1st back up your data ,then factory reset.Again install GMS service and install all apps. Also if data still not connect then manually enter APNs. | |

If yes then remove jio sim then insert airtel in 1st sim slot try.. | |
