Hello! Recently upgraded a few m3s to 5.1.11.0G and after upgrade fingerprint scanner and mBack touch stop working. You would not be able to go back in your apps and unlock phone with fingerprint! Model: Y685H Upgraded via Wi-Fi People who have taken this problem - I recommend you as partical solution to enable SmartTouch, it makes possible to press back at the screen. Also I don't have any clues how to fix it or enable fingerprint scanner. | |

Obvious but try to restart the phone in case you haven't. I had same problem with my MX5 and restarted it, fixed the issue. I hope it helps. | |

I have read many comments about that issue and recommend you that You ought to go to talk with your provider for fixed it.
