The latest flyme version i.e. 5.1.11.0G supports VoLTE HD. If not working for you, follow the steps mentioned in this thread-http://forum.flymeos.com/thread-7052-1-1.html

VoLTE is different thing than ViLTE. Meizu doesn't support ViLTE at the moment.
