the app i had it before. i removed it or somehow its gone, so i tired to download it again. i got error message saying" download failed, SD card removed. You can re-download with default directory." then if i ingore the message then another error code 492 would pop up. i have contacted google support, and did all those trubleshooting steps(disable auto date/time, force stop play store/service, clean cache, reboot device, sign off play store acount) . but the problem still persists. i can download other apps without any problems.

i had the same problem aswell for a couple moments, but i got somehow fixed, by restarting my phone

Just so you know, I can download the apk of this app from other site,and install it.

If you need to use that app now (until bug resolution) you have to downgrade to a firmware 5.1.6.0 or lower
