Download 5.1.9.0G firmware to your PC / phone, move update.zip file to your phone (main location, don't put it to any folder) and with phone Files Manager click on update.zip and select there Clear user data.
It will delete your apps, sms, settings, but won't remove photos, documents and other files. | |
