You have two ways of solving this problem. You can go to Settings-Screen-Color tenperature and switch the line to Cold a bit. After this the red lines will dissapear. And the next way is going to the shop where the phone was bought and giving it to the manager to repair it if you have warranty.But if you bought the phone on AliExpress you can only solve the problem with the first method.
