Yes, probably both of these phones will be sold on Global market. Problem is, that resellers wait till Meizu will finish Google Play Services working and being preinstalled.

There is a Global ROM for Meizu M3 Max on Flyme website... @MZsimon Can you please confirm if there will be a Global ROM for M3E too...
