Let's not everyone forget that Pro 6 and MX6 both are based on Android OS 6.0! So, Meizu phones with Flyme OS based on newer version of Android DO exist!

My opinion is they want to sell newer devices and -as it seems - they believe only their flagships can bare newer version. But, best of all, this lame excuse of Flyme baring all features of next Android OS version, which by turns implies we don't need newer Android OS versions but only Flyme OS version, is just out to garbage. As for removing GMS from 5.1.8.0G, and 5.1.8.0G.. well, either is because of China's ban to Google which affects global users as well or, I don't know, hands up! | |
