5.1.8 Problems, Bugs, RequestsHello,
I updated my phone to 5.1.8 but I still have these following problems : 1) I have lag problem with my phone app. Sometimes call history and contacts appear after 10-15 seconds. When I delete call history, problem is getting solved. But when call history increases, problem starts again. 2) For camera, Macro focus on Automatic mode doesnt work or it works very very slow. It works perfectly on Manuel mode. 3) When I want to look photo after taking a photos, it doesnt go to next (or previous) photo immediately. I need to wait atleast 5 seconds. 4) Band 20 (800mhz) is still not enabled (if it is not and hardware problem) . In Turkey most of operator uses Band20 (800mhz) for 4G. | |

First of all I want to say that normally there can be problems in some versions but in the next version it should be fixed. But you say that you have these problems since Flyme 4. It means there was a problem in your firmware at the beginning or your device has some hardware problems. Sorry for saying that but I recommend you again to backup your phone and do a clear update, when you have time. If it will not help, you should send your device to the service. But I know that Meizu's previous service went bankrupt or something like that... So, you have your work cut out with that phone  . | |

I have update to 5.1.8G for my m2 note, I am experiencing a complete hang and reboot when I watch continuously 10 videos in facebook on my chrome browser..I am facing this problem every time I watch the videos. This was not seen in the earlier release... | |

They wont unlock the bands unfortunately, we have suggesting it since last year and nothing happened

So far:
Call quality is greatly improved. Rooting worked flawlessly. Camera is indeed quick to focus but with softer images. Things I missed: Ability to create contact shortcuts to my homescreen (different launcher) for one-tap/click calls. Ability to sort photos by date/name. Scrolling to the next photo from the camera app takes ages to open/load. Option to display SIM and/or Phone contacts. Audio quality has become worse. Hope the Devs are reading this. | |

I think this version should have GMS service , so that all the application which use GMS work without problem.
Can we have a rom with GMS service (without appStore and Hot App) ? As few applications were not working even after installing the GMS, I have downgraded to 5.1.6G. Thanks. | |
