Meizu did not forget about anyone :) China version has less things to adjust than global version (no google play, no translations, no adjusting to global users).

International a.k.a Global firmware is different from Chinese firmware. There are many regional languages in Global firmware which needs to be translated and checked for errors very carefully so that end users like you don't face any inconvenience while using the phone.
