[Leaks] New E series device to be called M1E. Might be running YunOS.As we shared with you earlier, Meizu had shared media invites for a new device launch on 10 August. But what we didn't know all this while was what this new device would be. Most of the fans worldwide had speculated that since Meizu had sent the launch invite with "E" written over it, this could be a hint and that the "E" could mean "Edge" and we could be seeing a high end device with the first dual edge display phone from Meizu.
Well, the latest leaks we spotted reveal that the device launching on 10 August 2016 might not after all be a high end phone but rather a mid ranger. This time some more images have surfaced online which reveal more about the specs of a new device by Meizu and it finally reveals the name of the device too. Here are the alleged pictures of the device... As per the leaks above, we can see that the new E series device by Meizu comes with a metal body and might be named as "Meizu M1E". This device would be running YunOS and could be a successor to the popular Meizu Metal which also came with Alibaba's YunOS. As for the specs, the M1E seems to be having Mediatek's Helio P10 processor which was also found in the Meizu M3 Note. It would also come with a 3GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory. As for the cameras, it is expected to come with a 13mp back and a 5mp front facing camera. Well, just to remind you these are just leaks at the moment and nothing has been officially confirmed by Meizu yet. We shall know if these leaks are true only when the device launches.

User58568992 replied at 2016-08-05 21:53 Thanks for sharing... I really like the design... Slightly more flatter compared to the M3 Note which is curvy... Looks Elegant and Premium... Well in terms of performance we would only know when the phone actually launches... I would request @MZ_JackZhang to make a review and comparison for our forum of the M1E vs M3N as they both seem to be similar in specs...
