Yes. Possible. Make sure to backup data before doing so and choosing Clear data.

you'll have to clear data if youre going from5 to4 but yeah going back is easy so long as you have the update.zip for the version you want to install… place the file in the root of storage and power off… hold vol up and power on… this will boot into recovery… again if going from 5 to 4 you must check that clear data also or you wont boot and will have to update back to5 to clear it
