Yes, it is but you didn't ask for official version in the first post. You just asked for G-version for M3s mini. The firmware I found is used on M3s phones that are selling by official Meizu retailer in Ukraine - Citrus. I also have that firmware because I've already purchased M3s Gray 16GB and M3s Silver 16GB from them. upd. There is an official global Flyme 5.1.5.1G firmware for M3s on flymeos website: http://flymeos.com/firmwarelist?modelId=33&type=1 I've installed it - works fine.
