Flyme OS 5.2 is only for MX6 and Pro 6 :) And it is on Android 6. Other phones probably won't receive it :)

All depend on when it will be released :) Flyme OS product manager said, that there will be update support at least 2 years after device release, so there is much possibility, that yes :)
