If you have L681H version M3Note then JIO will not work as it does not support VOLTE.

jt is not working in the version 6.1.0.0g volte settings

Flyme 6.1.0.0 the latest version is not having VOLTE  in Meizu m3 note. We can't able for voice call and sms.  It is very very shameful
for meizu team. Even the 5.1.12.0G was having VOLTE feature. Is Meizu going in 18th century when all other mobile brands like Redmi, Oppo, lenova etc and international mobile brands like Samsung,  HTC, Motorola, Micromax, Lava, Gionee etc are working fine with volte 4G voice & s. S. Why should we buy meizu phone it is not working in Roaming, no volte, no satisfactory customer service.

So it is again reminded and requested to update your flyme 6.1.0.0 firmware immediately and issue a official notification for volte s. S and roaming issues/bugs.

Set Apn for jio in  ur  m3 note  it  will  work ( settings--.>Sim and networks -->Apns-->Jio--> Add apn-- >name(jio),apn(jionet) l.  Save

hi guys, I have a good solution for meizu M3 Note, Jio Sim are working fine with meizu M3 Note, just follow the step by step, and your jio sim working or not them reply me.
First, go to settings > Sims and Network
Go to APNs, Select Sim1 (Jio sim should be in SIM1 slot)
Create two apn profile as follows:
First profile : Name : INTERNET
APN: JIONET
APN type: default,supl
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
Second profile: Name : IMS
APN : IMS
APN type : IMS
APN protocol : IPv4/IPv6
