I have been seeing a lot of people reporting this issue so thought would make a thread here to help.

1. For Google services issues like Play store or adding gmail :

1. Please insert you sim card in the phone before you switch on the handset for the 1st time.
2. Do not connect to wifi let the phone detect your sim card.
3. Restart the phone and then connect to wifi and do whatever you want.
Hope this helps.

2. Do not remove bloatware from the phone this might make your phone heat. Just ignore the bloatware.

3. Proximity sensor does not work so don't bother to calibrate it.

4.There's a sync problem with Gmail. Even if you delete a mail from Gmail app on your phone its not necessary that it will get deleted. You might need to check Gmail in a browser.

5. In-build Security app blocks notifications and puts the phone to deep sleep if you are not using the phone for sometime. Play around the settting of the app to adjust power requirments as per your need.
