Meizu MX5 Guest Mode ProblemHi, When I open my phone at first, it opens normally. I can reach all the aplications, all the photos in my gallery, all the files etc. However, after 5 seconds, all the things go spontaneously, and the phone goes back to the guest mode. Then I can't reach neither the aplications nor the files or photos.The settings menu is restricted and my phone can't connect to the mobile data and can't send any messages. And after, I can't enter the recovery mode. I tried to enter recovery mode by pushing together the volume up and the power, but the phone can't enter the recovery mode by that way. And it can't make updatings. My version 5.1.3.0G and phone 32GB

It passed the phone to self guest mode error meizi officials doing the work associated with this error please? Not being able to use my phone really bad situation

Hello. Got the same bug here. Nothing works...Firmware upgrade/downgrade won't start (won't pass Checking Firmware after phone restarts in firmware instalation), Recovery Mode is gone (using Power + Volume up just keeps the phone rebooting), Fastboot mode won't show the phone in ADB. I've sent an e-mail to Meizu but no answer till now...
Did you manage to fix your phone? Hope that someone will give us some info on what to do... | |
