I'm also trying to get a root permission, but It looks no root column in [Settings]->[Finger print, Face & security] -> [Security & Location ]
I think other Flyme 7 Meizu phones can be rooted officially, The method has been changed in Meizu Note 9? The ROM is 7.2.2.0G downloaded from flyme official. | |

You have to active root permission from system settings then go for further root procedure...
