I need help, my device has a serious error, after a daily use the SIM of the team stopped responding properly, appear and disappear as if there was an error in them, I checked the tray and it is properly placed, I tried the SIM in another phone and they work well, insert another different SIM in my computer but it shows the same failure, my device is currently in the Flyme version 7.0.0.0G and from the factory it is the M793H model, I already try to install different versions of the official operating system in my device but still marking the same fault, try to contact Meizu support but are on vacation, someone could help me please. | |

I guess it's a physical of the device. Also this could be a magnetic field affected SIM card. I would recommend you to try out a different SIM card. Just get a cheapest pre-paid SIM at local shop and test it. If happens with a new Sim card you should conatct Meizu Service center and I am sure they will be able to help you or provide warranty services ????
