M touch is not working!Last year i bought this phone. It is magnificent, but m touch is the biggest trouble for me. How can i fix it, and how you can help me?

Hey, if flashing firmware again with clear data ticked does not fix the issue then please take your phone to a service center to get the mBack key replaced.
