fingerprint Sensor not working - MX5Suddenly my MX5 fingerprint sensor stopped working. The button to enable fingerprint sensot is off and when i switch it on, it is not readingmy fingerprint. Is it hareware issue or software issue?

Before giving it to service center please reinstall your system with clear user data (install the newest OS version).
