if we go to settings/applications/all aplications and we set permisions to an application, for example Chrome, we can see the UI is refreshing and if we go back we appears in security/aplications permissions
and should go back to settings/applications/all aplicattions UI.  the other bug,  when plug to PC it the charge beep it sounds OK. but if we plug in to a charger nothing sounds. I flashed with full wipe 3 times or more but is persistent.
