Hey, report this as a bug in the bug section and in the meantime try using a different version of the game.

Same issue for me, after the last update i can't login into Pokemon GO and i'm worried for my Ingress Account (Ingress is the older brother of Pokemon GO) because in October Niantic will use the same version of the Pokemon GO graphic engine to make Ingress Prime and if these are the problems...
