Hello for all. i solve google play service problem by myself. the problem is new google play service is not capabile for meizu phones.i want you to try this.
1) i clear reset and format my phone (you dont have to)
2) go to appstore and update it.3) install google play and google play service from the link (attached)
4) cancell all auto update both app store and google play. install your backup
5) i restart
everythink works. for who wants youtube i also add downgraded youtube apk.

son güncellenen Google play servis hatasından dolayı telefonları kullanamaz olduk. Çözümü;
1)telefona ve hafızasına format atarak fabrika ayarlarına geri dönün (isteğe bağlı)
2) app storeu güncelleyin.
3) linke eklediğim play store ve google play service i yükleyin
4) tüm otomatik güncellemeleri google playden ve app storedan kapatın. yedeklerinizi yükleyin
5) telefonu tekrar başlatın.
youtube eski sürümünü de ekliyorum.
