hellenicsun replied at 2018-07-11 15:24 yeah , thats the point even if you find one that installs , even if it doesent force close when you try to open it the photo quality will be $hit... as for the gcam , there is an apk that instals with hdr+ disabled at first launch so it will not force close but it cannot use api2 even if you edd the missing buildprop lines and the photo quility is also $hit | |

ippokratis create on 2018-07-10 17:25 That's partly right. A few camera apps from other devices do work completely, others partially and others don't work unless one uses an older version. So, if a users wants to try another camera app (from Nokia, LG etc) just download .apks and try out each one until you find one that's actually working. But in my experience, stock app is always better unless we talk about latest Google Camera app that needs rooting and build.prop modification to work. | |

you cant just install camera apks from other oems . THE APK DOES NOT INSTALL . you need a dev to decompile the apk and make it work for your device or for all devices
