Flens will make the flash on your smartphone 10 times stronger Many of us probably regularly use flash on your smartphone for things that are not related to photography or lighting at night or when additional light work, such as the casing of our computer. Flens new Kickstarter campaign, which promises a small lens can boost the flash on your smartphone, so that it can be even more useful. Lens function so that better directs light that it is already is scattered. In other words, by Flens flash on your smartphone will function more like a battery lamp instead of a flash for shooting. Also, directional beam is much more powerful than scattered and may light and far beyond, for those who want to make use of open space. However, if you use the shooting stated that Flens probably will not be able to light up the whole scene, that there will be a contrast between the middle section, which will be very bright and the rest of the photo, which will be in the shade. Unless photographing subjects that are placed away - then Flens is the ideal solution. Flens will be available for the iPhone, but depending on how the flash is derived, according to the designers, will be available for Android and Windows smartphones. The tiny lens is attached with magnetic on flash not really too big to restrict use of the phone, but small dimensions mean that it can very easily be lost if stored separately from him, although there is a possibility to attach as an appendix of the your keys. The final price of 50 euros when and if the product is available in the market. What's your opinion about this "Flens flash" for your smartphone? | |

Idea looks great, but actual performance matters then theoratic implementation.

Great! But if the light was diffused, then it would be very useful!

Can be good as a Torch light in case of emergencies... Wouldn't be too great for photography though...

Concept is interesting, but I think it will make some part of the object brighter then the rest.

According to the GIF image... The lens would make the light to travel more in distance rather than improved dispersion... Which results in round illumination of light on the subject... But in smartphone we need both long range and dispersed light... I think this won't be useful in many cases..
