I think i was lucky. I tried to flash superSu and althougt i failed i didn't have a bootloop.
Now i am in 7.01.0G with unloced bootloader and i am looking to find a way to root my phone or install twrp. I don't know if flashing twrp with adb & fastboot works. Has anyone tried this succesfuly?

kostasGR replied at 2018-08-14 16:49 i havent flashed flyme with twrp but i think it is better to format data first (it doesent do any harm coz you are going to flash a new firmware anyway)

Swilo replied at 2018-08-13 13:30 Wich is the right way to upgrade with twrp? 1. wipe dalvic\ARTcache, data, system, cache 2. install update.zip 3. reboot or maybe i have to format data first?

Ok. guys, i folowed all the procedure from [http://www.myphone.gr/forum/showthread.php?p=7598606#post7598606 and now my phone is with the bootloader unlocked. Next thing i will do is to flash superSU. Thanks for the posted guide, that was a great help for me.
When the new update is OTA, i thing it will be enough for me to flash the stock recovery and update with wipe data ticked.
