Hey, please try reflashing the firmware you are currently using with clear data ticked. If the button still doesn't work then please take your phone to a service center to get it fixed.

Are you talking about fingerprint scanner? My scanner died too after i've installed 6.3.0.0! Hoping i'm not the only one with that problem. I've also downgrade to older firmwares with wipe datas, nothing helped, fingerprint scanner(mback) still don't working. I think 6.3.0.0. damaged our sensors in physical. Or not?

Hey, check this thread, I guess it's a hardware issue of all Meizu m3 note devices.

mee too having.. the same issue with 6.3.0.0....waiting for next upgrade, since i don't want to downgrade and wipe data... some times it may be hardware issue... ????????..try to use smart touch until new upgrades....
