First of all, please make sure whether Spotify can work well with Flymeos. If yes, the following steps you can have a try:
1. Uninstall the Spotify app, clean it in the Security menu and install again.
2. Go to Settings -> Apps -> Installed -> Spotify -> Permission management -> Run in background and choose "Allow running in background"
