Hey, please uninstall google services, run the cleaner from the security app and then reinstall google services with mobile data. This will fix the issue. If the issue still exists then please reflash the firmware with clear data ticked and install google services.

If it stuck at the checking info step, uninstall and clear data related to gapps. reinstall again.
