But when I further try to downgrade to flyme 4...the device gets into bootloop. Please provide the correct link to download Flyme 4 for rooting. Please Help Fast! I want to root and install custom roms. | |

Hey, please try to downgrade to the first Flyme 5 firmware released for M2 if you have the link for it. Then try to downgrade to Flyme 4.5.x for your phone with clear data ticked and you won't face bootloop.

Try fastboot...if that helps. best of luck..or visit service centre to force flash the firmware on the m2.
