I think you bought a phone that been modified by the sellers.
Now you can either download the Chinese version 6.1.4.5A and use GO Google Installer to get the google apps.

Or root the device and change the ID to global and install global version.

I 've problem same you. still 6142A FW cannot update higher FW ( bootloop )

I've tried to install all the firmware already with Wipe Data and Wipe Cach. At me at purchase of phone there was an insertion with the cut out updatings and without the Chinese software. But there were a lot of bugs on her. Only the firmware 6.1.4.1A and 6.1.4.2A were installed on the phone, the remaining firmware which is higher than the 4.2A installation process reached 100%. is it possible to root the phone without unlocking bootloader ? How to uninstall the Chinese system apps with rooted device ?
I don't understand why kernel is not released by Meizu  to let me install global version...Many people would be happy with global...
