me and my buddy, tried contacting meizu but we dont get any reply. my friend and i have the same problem that the version is too old. its stupid if we have to spend money for sending it back to the manufacturer. we have been waiting almost two months now. i hope we will get a new version before the new year, because we have been without phone for two months now. if anyone has gotten any reply from them about a new version, please let me know. they dont want to answer our request, maybe they will anser someone else. the only thing we want is to give us a date when the new version will be relased. | |

There are a lot of people having this problem like us. Those who are affected by this problem please send a message here. There are lots of topics in the forum but it is not gathering anyone's attention because it is spreaded. There seems to be lots of people writing about it. If our number increase, we would catch their attention in bug reports and they would deal with it. If neccesary, we can make a hashtag on twitter about it. Please, everyone who are having this problem write about it. I'm kindly asking everyone to write who are stuck in the same software version. You should also click on this link. Normally when I send Meizu Customer Service an email, I allways get a confirmation, the email is received, not always direct with a solution, but quite often they come back to me.
As asked before, Have you al been on A firmware, before flashing G firmware, I was on G firmware and still am on G firmware and flashed the latest firmware 6.1.2.2G , without a problem. However the added navigationbar is useless and switched the navigationbar off again | |
every time i leave a complaint on twitter or Facebook it gets liked by meizu???
Really we need to get as many users to write complaints at the same time to get meizu to take notice | |
