Mback doesn't workHello guys, it's already been a month that my mback won't work, I haven't done any damage to it, it just started not to work, it only works when i press it, going all the way back, not going back step by step. Does anybody know what to do?

Hey, if flashing firmware again with clear data ticked doesn't work for you then please take your phone to a service center as the mBack key will have to be replaced.

Had the same issue, people suggested clearing data and restoring phone to factory settings.
Still nothing happened, didn't work (I don't know for sure if it's me or the damn phone software)! | |
