Meizu 7 Pro Plus "Unroot"Hello,
What do I need to do to unroot my 7 PP. I switched on "Root right" in the fingerprint & security menu. assuming I could switch it off again in the menu afterwards, but that is not possible. how can I unroot the 7 PP again, without doing to much installing apps and flashing over again. is being rooted a problem when flashing newer firmware ? or do you need to unroot first. Thanks

If you don't delete the data i think it just re-flashes the rom, so your contacts and such should be ok....

Hello TheWootts, the phone is rooted, so I need to flash the same firmware again to " unroot " . So " root" is set back to " unroot" after flashing the firmware again, and how about "Data" (like contacts/mail/apps) is everything still in it's place or do you need to restore the Data from a backup again. when in root and in case of newer firmware , do you need to flash the firmware, which was on the phone, first again to unroot , or is it possible to flash the newer firmware immediately

Hi, so i played around with this and have yet had an successful unroot. I tried most apps on the app store, Super user, busy box , easy unroot among others. However, every time the phone trys to reboot into an unroot state it gets stuck. I have had to re-flash the firmware everytime.
