please help!! my playstore didn't workI just downgrade my device, from 6 to 5 and then setting to factory reset. after all, I can't use my playstore anymore

Hey, please try clearing cache and data of Downloads, Download Manager, Play Services and Play Store. This will most probably fix the issue. If it doesn't, then i would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling Google Services with GMS Installer.

I have problem too, install Google Installer , no problem everything is fine.
Restart the phone. After that click on play store icon and stay on information is checking..... and nothing. | |
