This is just a list of devices whose SoC can support and run Nougat. It does not mean that the phone will be updated to Nougat.

Technically, these phones are ready to work on nougat. This is another question if there is any developers at Meizu who can do it. They are not hiring the highest qualified developers and i am sure, they have not enough developers to do major changes, that's why in almost 6 months we got no updates instead of monthly updates on Flyme 5.
