isn't a problem all ad cards don't have the capacity of 2,4,8,16,32,64 GB It have for example, like yours, 15.9 GB becouse the architecture of the SD isn't perfect.....

Hey, backup all the data from the memory card to a PC and then format the card with PC or phone. It will start showing the card's original capacity. After that restore all the backed up data to the card.
