YOu can download Google Installer from the App Store which will download and install all the Google Play Services on your device.

first go to apps ----> search for google play store and press enter then it will show nothing found, at the center of the screen you will have an option "search in other stores" click that you will have play store appearing, then install it, you may not be successfull in your first attempt, try few times then you will be fruitfull, also install GMS ie google mail services i guess, i followed the above steps and am using all play store and other apps now
