Cant enable rootHello. When I try to enable root in my m5 note 32gb with the 6.7.8.8G beta update it says:Risks exist in opening root permission.For security,root permission will be closed.Root was working perfectly in the previous update.One of the main reasons I bought this phone was that you could enable root easily and I also have experience with rooting, custom recoveries,custom roms, custom kernels and I know what is dangerous and what is not so I dont mind about security. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Download, rename as "update.zip" and place on the root directory of your sd card. Boot into recovery mode and chose update option which wont delete any of your data (at least dis not for me). Took app 7 mins to check, update and optimize. Then boot it normally, login to flyme account, then go to obtain root permission and it will accept it after you follow steps. This is not the latest version but i have no issues with it so far which is the main reason i recommend it. Hope it helped | |

Hello again.Dont try to install previous updates.They changed those too.So root is impossible now.If I dont have root in the next stable update this is my last meizu.

Should have bought a xiaomi phone you root it, install a custom recovery and you have full control but in meizu phones this is not possible unfortunately.I was scared buying a xiaomi because they are so cheap for what you get but know Im not.
