It is a hardware issue. You need to go to a service centre to get it fixed. If the phone is under warranty it will be fixed for free.

where r u located? and basically it means u r ***ed just like many other meizu customers.I had same issues and it took meizu 35 days to actually repair the phone.so be ready for some mental torcher
